‘Track is the new Black’ with fashionistas from all over the globe arriving in Abu Dhabi for the Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
I had a sneak peek at the new grid girls’ uniform when I met them ahead of this weekend’s race. This is the fourth F1 race here in this city, and it could be the decider of the 2012 Driver’s Championship between Red Bull’s Sebastian Vettel and Ferrari’s Fernando Alonso.
Gentlemen…get ready to start your engines…
It’s Project D London time!
Tabs and I are heading to Ernest Jones’ Westfield White City store on Thursday, November 8 to show off our new Project D London timepiece collection.
Our watches won’t be on sale until November 10 so we’re really looking forward to this chance to give you a sneak preview of our gorgeous new wrist bling.
Like everything Project D London creates, our goal is to make our watches luxurious and wearable, beautiful and practical.

I’m headed to Melbourne’s Million Dollar Lunch to help Lexus of Blackburn raffle off this $77,000 RX270 for the Childrens Cancer Centre Foundation (CCCF) incorporating the Koala Foundation.
The lunch is being held at Mural Hall and everything from the food, drinks, entertainment and the raffle prizes (including this four-wheeled beauty) has been 100 percent donated to help the Koala Foundation raise more than $1-million this month for kids with cancer.
Over the past seven years the Million Dollar Lunch has raised nearly $9-million, an extraordinary amount. This Lexus is a massive, massive raffle prize which will hopefully add significantly to that figure.
The drawing of the winning ticket is going to be a very serious business. #nopeeking!!!
—Hanging out with Matt Cardle in London!
I caught up with former #TeamMinogue-er Matt Cardle this week at Project D London HQ. He’s put the finishing touches to his new album ‘The Fire’ (out October 29) and I got my hands on the very first copy - straight from Abbey Road mastering!!!
The first single ‘It’s Only Love’ is released on the same day as the album and has an epic 80s vibe. Love it!
Matt will be touring in October with three album launch shows at Birmingham Temple, Brighton Concorde and London Scala. Check out the live show details, and listen to It’s Only Love and book tour tickets on Matt’s website.

Ita Buttrose - the original Aussie Business Chick!!!
It was so inspiring to hear Ita Buttrose AO, OBE, speak at last Friday’s Business Chicks breakfast in Melbourne.
The ABC’s Paper Giants - the birth of Cleo is still one of my favourite TV dramas. If you haven’t already watched it it’s a must-see.
Ita will be speaking at Business Chicks breakfasts in Adelaide and Perth in September and the Chicks have some other phenomenal female speakers coming up in the next few months at events all over the country.
